.Wow Paru I don't really know where to begin.  I arrived somewhat empty and dazed and I leave so complete and whole that I can't fathom how I lived so long the other way.  The Journey was the most empowering experience of my life - thank god you stopped me from running and to stop still for the first time in my life.

Thank you for sharing your wise words each day and for the introduction to yoga, meditation, food and what it means to nourish yourself with beautiful food again.  Your intuition for how I felt at each step was amazing.  For the daily treatments and pamperings that I have never experienced, thank you.  I am leaving 6.5kg lighter and even though it seems more superficial, it seems such a step in the right direction and I know I can continue.  I leave knowing and loving myself, you are an inspiration.
