The garden has beautiful water features and chairs to relax around and write up your journal. There's beautiful walks along the peninsula and the beach is only 5 mins down the hill.

Wake up to watch the magnificent sunrise while having an ozone sauna, yoga/stretch one on one.

A scrumptious breakfast follows and the journey session is practised looking over the beautiful scenery. Then on to a gorgeous healthy lunch followed perhaps by a walk or siesta, or take advantage of the wonderful spiritual library.

The evenings are spent in meditation and satsang (meeting in truth) a delicious dinner and maybe Santosh playing guitar or watching an amazing video on opening to love and then a blissful hydrotherapy bath - but the choice is yours.
