Food
I really believe that food when cooked with love tastes better, as seen in the movie "Woman on Top" Penelope Cruz. I am a triple cancer and love cooking so my food will carry that seal of love, care and consciousness.
I will cook vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or mainly alkaline based or any special dietary requirements, however I suggest while on the retreat, because you are doing some deep emotional clearing, that you chose the healthy nutritious food so you can get the full benefit from the emotional clearing.
I try to use organic as much as possible.
