Shunyata Healing and Health Retreat specialises in Wellness with one-on-one healing sessions using The Journey and Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Yoga, Dance, and Ozone Sauna.
New for this year is ayurvedic panchakarma detox packages. Hence a total healing available, both physically and emotionally.
The retreat is situated amongst lovely gardens offering fantastic coastal views surrounded by beautiful coastal walks.
Paru is a trained yoga teacher and speaks fluent French, Spanish and some Portuguese. She is certified as a Reiki Master, in Swedish Massage, advanced Cranio-sacral Balancing and is a Senior Accredited Journey Therapist.
Paru recently studied ayurvedic treatments with Panchakarma in India.
Shunyata transformed from a beautiful old ocean view home into a healing retreat where one can come to be truly healed. The place was feng shuied and energy healed and is lovingly adorned with beautiful water features, seats and hammocks nested amongst private English gardens.
Paru brings a deep compassion, humility and surrender to her work and trusts that source/essence/divine is doing the work and she is just an instrument for it to take place.
